SECRET INTERNET PROTOCOL

95% of the State Department traffic is classified cables from the embassies around the world but it is so gratifying to know that the head of the State Department CANNOT READ IT BECAUSE IT IS CLASSIFIED AND ONLY FLOWS OVER THE SECRET INTERNET PROTOCOL ROUTERS.

I only hate and despise the Clintons more every single day.
