I read this News article today and cringed. These people, now at war with Russia, plan to loft irreplaceable satellites costing hundreds of millions of dollars using Russian rocket motors they just now received personally from the hands of Vladimir Putin. There's no risk because they just know they can trust Russians to do the right thing.
