Bring it.
The actual wording of Article V is: “The Congress, whenever two thirds of both Houses shall deem it necessary, shall propose Amendments to this Constitution, or, on the Application of the Legislatures of two thirds of the several States, shall call a Convention for proposing Amendments, which, in either Case, shall be valid to all Intents and Purposes, as part of this Constitution, when ratified by the Legislatures of three fourths of the several States, or by Conventions in three fourths thereof, as the one or the other Mode of Ratification may be proposed by the Congress; Provided that no Amendment which may be made prior to the Year One thousand eight hundred and eight shall in any Manner affect the first and fourth Clauses in the Ninth Section of the first Article; and that no State, without its Consent, shall be deprived of its equal Suffrage in the Senate.”
The Constitution spells out how one can, for instance, 'get rid' of the Electoral College. I don't see three fourths of the states voting to commit suicide and turn the governance of the nation over to the idiots that live in California, New York and the dumb states.

always interested in the high quality of your commentary on the state of consciousness regards the residents of the state of kalifornistan. I am always amazed how a people so stupid and ignorant of how and why things work are able to procreate. they are testing the limits of amoebas in the race to intelligence.
It is a puzzlement.
I was just reading this morning about the plan the SF Supervisors are putting in place to put a homeless camp on the Embarcadero over the howling objections of the people (wealthy, very wealthy) who live there. They can do it because there is NOBODY to say no to the them. The people of San Fran elected a single party government of socialists and communists and progressives and they really don't give a damn about the real people and manifest that every single day.
I don't care anymore. Those people voted for it and now they're getting it good and hard.
