A PLACE WHICH IS NO MORE

This is a little sheep of my acquaintance on the Shipwreck Bar in Kona Village. This was taken in 2003, several years before the place was wrecked and closed by the 2011 Tsunami that hit Japan and caused a reactor core to melt down. It looks like the place may finally reopen in 2019 but this is Hawaii. Still, it was a wonderful place and I hope it does reopen.

Lovely bar top. Y;all must have had some good times there. The paucity of booze choices remind me of my Post....
But fun can be had. And one doesn't have to work at it.

There always seemed to be enough to drink and it was a truly wonderful place.
