It's a fascinating tale about a man who took the credit card agreement he was sent in the mail, scanned it into his computer and modified it a bit. I think if it happened here the courts would find a way to dismiss the case.
I had several stories ready for this day but I'll postpone them until the ash fall hits, the lights flicker, and the sound of wolves howling in the dark reaches in the mountains overwhelm the frightening sounds coming from the vicinity of the basement.

Not only did the courts uphold him, but now he's suing the Bank for breach of contract! LOL!
I have got to try this here and just think of anybody clever enough to have pulled something like this with his/her student loans. Talk about happy.
