It looks like Kirchner wants a rematch and the UK is in no position to relaunch Corporate.

Well, I suppose they could but it would not end well. Next time, use nukes.

I was close to the shore line when the Antelope went up - the explosion lit up the pitch black night, which is an image burnt into my memory.

If there is to be another declaration of war to be issued, it certainly wont be fought using bullets, beans, and bayonets. We both know it will be high tech, which the island has in abundance. Though just for sport, we could use the stealth of Jeremy Clarkson and the Top Gear team to antagonise the hideous socialist Kirchner and her party.

high tech war? nah. We thought that once. Christopher Anvil wrote some splendid stories about it. War is settled by riflemen, backed by tanks with a certain amount of dominance of the air. Don't let anyone tell you different.

Nations are not always defeated by war. Sometimes, as you say, it is digital and cruel beyond measure as it wipes out the ordinary person's savings and livelihood.

Does that look like centerline stow position to anyone else? Srsly, not a dual purpose gun?
