I'm glad that ain't me. I used to have to climb radar antennae as a condition of employment and I left my fingerprints in aluminum and steel all over the Free World.
I missed this one but did see the flagpole sitter atop the hospital yesterday across the street from my office. He restored Old Glory, but was in a precarious position while doing so. I'll send you a photo. There are tradeoffs to that wonderful you have from a vantage point such as that.

I used to go aloft for no other reason than that I wanted to see the view from the top mast on the ship. I would go up the TACAN antenna mast as well.
