“This law is not only unconstitutional, but as leading medical experts and ethicists explained, deeply unethical. We are extremely disappointed that the Supreme Court will allow this blatant violation of the First Amendment and fundamental medical ethics to stand.”I never really comment here about the triggers in America. We are all adults. This time, it is worth it just to show how far divorced from reality some people are. Read the quote above. Ethicists, whatever they are, agree that it's OK to slaughter the innocent. Oddly, that doesn't happen in a truly ethical world.
Words have meaning. They are the meaning. Ethical in that context? I don't think so.

Maybe it's just me, but I seem to have noticed an increase in spam comments lately. Hope it's (very) temporary.

I have heard a lot of differing opinion on abortion. some consider it removing a parasite, others consider it killing a person, and everything in between. and I have been told that because I am a man, I have no standing in the debate on the subject.
moral and ethical implications of declaring abortion to be murder are huge. consider that ninety one millions of unborn have been killed by now. that's more "humans" dead than Mao murdered(barely) since he marched north from the Japanese invaders in his "Long March". that's more than Hitler and Stalin murdered combined. That's more than died in WW1 and the flu aftermath, combined. That's possibly more than the American Indians killed by the US Army.
Ethical? What is possibly ethical about abortion.
I have no standing, I should just STFU and go away.
Aye, and never do I comment on the subject. OTOH, you may safely find me over there under the tree that reads "for I have sworn upon the altar of god eternal hostility against every form of tyranny over the mind of man." Not born a girl. Have one though, maybe a couple or even a few though one is irretrievably lost but still, it's not a decision I will ever be faced with. My brother went around the house and systematically kicked in every single basement window when he learned that his first child would never be born. She acted unilaterally and never even told him. He took it hard.
Oddly enough, I think men do get an opinion. And that's what it amounts to. An opinion.
working on it.
