HAPPY NEW YEAR

In that vein, a word of advice from Big Brother and the City Mothers.

I always wonder what The Heights were thinking when they post these signs at lakes and libraries

Happy New Year Cap'n!

How are things on the ice planet Hoth, er, I mean Cleveland?

Happy New Year right back at ya!
The thing is you see, location, location, location. I will post a pic later in the morning of what it means to live in the right spot on Hoth.
We are doing very well but I suspect a lot of that is down to not doing the crazy things younger people get up to when they're bored.
We hope your ankle is getting better and better and that you can get out there and enjoy the spring like weather that little Rhody is so famous for in winter. I have to admit, I don't miss the dark days of Newport in Winter although the company and good cheer was always appreciated. Good friends make winter a joy.
OTOH, sandy beaches, warm waves, tropical weather, there's something to be said for that too.

Speaking of Hoth, the low temperatures in Little Rhody are unusual. We've been here 18 years now and seldom does it get this cold, and stay this cold. (Then again, I'm used to Vermont, and Korea.)

In other news, the ankle continues to improve, never knew a foot could bruise that much.
