If this was still a Constitutional Republic one would be allowed to think that the people who violated the Constitution this egregiously and knowingly, would go to jail but instead it's simple people who went for an escorted tour of the Capital who go to jail while the real lawbreaking monsters still roam free.

Classic case of beating a dead horse. The bill was passed... illegally ...and the money is spent. There is no redress or penalty for what happened. And no way to prevent them from repeat this abuse. Yes...the plaintiff prevailed in court, but it's a hollow victory.
