I tried a search at amazon for ringo; no joy. i tried a search for John Ringo; no joy. For those of liberal/literal persuasion, no joy, in navalese, means struck out. Amazon tells me there is no author named Ringo or John Ringo. WE really need to school them the way $GME did. It might mean ordering tne small 1500 ton tug shipped and then sending it back. There's a way to be heard loud and clear when the obnixioscenti want to play games.
