Have you noticed how literally every other violence torn hellhole on the planet has had refugees flood out of it and into the West, into France and Germany and Turkey and Sweden but for some reason unknown to the media and intelligentsia, there are ZERO refugees fleeing Gaza?
What is it about them specifically that makes them so untouchable? Ask the Jordanians, the Kuwaitis, the Egyptians, the handful of remaining Lebanese, the Libyans even. They know. So do the rest of us.

Prior to WWII the "Palestinians" were Bedouin sheep herders that would move their flocks from what is now western Egypt, Israel, Lebanon, Jordan, and Syria. They spent most of their time in Jordan. They were the gypsy's of the Arab people. They were considered lower class because of the thievery and mayhem that they would cause for the local Arabs that were settled in an area. Most of the time their moving was because they were being run out of an area not that they were looking for greener pastures for their flocks. When WWII ended the borders were re-drawn for the countries in tat area. The Bedouins happened to be in Israel as no other country wanted them. There has been regional wars that reshaped country borders and resettled some of the Bedouins in Jordan, Lebanon, and Egypt where they are considered the bottom of the social classes. The Bedouins that remained in Israel have taught their offspring there is no greater glory than killing a Jew or Christian. The "Palestinians" are despised by other Islamic countries but are given support because they attack the rest of Israel with all of their people.
Unfortunately, the palestinians that had been allowed to refugee out to Jordan tried to kill the King and overthrow the Jordanian state as administered by the Hashemites. They openly rejoiced and celebrated when Saddam Hussein's armies swept over Kuwait and drove out the native Kuwaitis and they leaped around in joy and celebration as Iraq fired missiles into Saudi Arabia. I don't recall offhand what they did to piss off the ruling class in Egypt but it may be enough that they are desperately poor and resistant to governance and control and that was enough for successive Egyptian leaders to fence them out of Egypt.
I'd have to read more on it but they really sound a bit like what one hears about the Irish of 150 and 100-500 years ago. I think they've done pretty well here but I think that is in large part because they're not Irish anymore. God knows, nobody wanted the IRA anywhere.
