HMS Defiant: B17 CRASHED IN CONNECTICUT

We lost a bit of heritage and at least two people in the crash of a B-17G today as it made it's approach to land at Bradley Airport. The first details are here. Two pilots, an attendant and 10 paying passengers were on the flight when it crashed. The plane was one of the aircraft of the Collings Foundation taking part in the airshow.
