Unless there is a really speedy (utterly unheard of) clear decision (never happened yet) from the Supreme Court, I think we are going to find that the polite fiction that most Americans believe is some sort of cast-in-stone reality is going to come to an end when President Trump just invites all the little judges and their TROs to fuck off. As with their ridiculous "impeachments," the democrats have gone way too far with their ridiculous charade of 'law' and we're all tired of it.
Any serious reading of the Constitution makes it very clear that accepted historical practice is nothing but a polite fiction. The Constitution is very clear on the Powers that are allocated and in the case of the ongoing lawfare it has been a chance for everyone to see now the injustice and stupidity that has been allowed to take over the System.
It is ripe for revolution and telling the judges and the courts to shut up and get on with executing their duties as assigned and as laid out by law and to leave to the Law and to the President those things that are inherently outside their role. Watching White House Deputy COS deal with that idiot CNN talking head was the first kick to the head of a stupid failure to execute that has dogged us since FDR dropped dead.

What all the lawfare the left has engaged accomplished is to render the American legal system... already tattered... totally irrelevant and untrustworthy.
agreed: no question that the legal system is presently in tatters; probably due to well-paid American Marxists
I'm just concerned that the necessary recalibration, as it were, like a sharp-edged pendulum may very well overswing the mark (France 1789)
Please remember that the Revolutionaries themselves started killing off their "Leadership",

The Jacobians destroyed themselves in power struggles and betrayal.

Odd how all this history fails to mention the suffering of the average French citizen that saw his Kind beheaded for crimes against liberty and the Reign of Terror where anybody with a grudge could have you taken to the "National Haircut" upon being declared anti-revolutionary.
As other historical records show internal coups are HARD on average citizens.
