If you can believe him, this is the beginning of the rehabilitation of Eric Swalwell. I don't believe California politicians are actually capable of the truth so that's my starting point on this:
I will believe it when I see it. I find it interesting that X failed to perfectly render this tweet using its standard embed technology. It mysteriously renders it fake looking so I went with a nice honest screen capture.
