It appears that the idiots running Britain for the idiots that elected them to run Britain have decided that perhaps giving Diego Garcia to a bunch of people in the bag with China with absolutely no connection to the atolls and then leasing them back to Britain for 35 billion pounds is now off the table. That's what they're saying now but I have learned that the Dimwits can reverse on a dime and give back 9 cents change.
At any rate, it does not appear that we will have to ask a couple of Marines to walk over and haul down the British flag on Diego Garcia after all.

Simple enough. The creatures running the UK were going to give Mauritius the archipelago that includes Diego Garcia. Mauritius has no ties, no historic claim to the land but some dimwits in England thought they should pander to the anti-colonial idiots and give our only base in the Indian Ocean away to a country that is in the pocket of the PRC and what's more, they thought it was only fair that they would then be permitted to pay Mauritius another £35 billion to permit the British and US to use the enormous base structure the USA built there.
In the annals of stupidity this would be somewhere on page 1.

We need Diego Garcia. And with the Islamification of Britain we are going to have to take it from them eventually. Why wait. It's not like we could be stopped.
