How many centuries did Rome enslave people?

I don't think he knows what subjugation means. And if blacks had been "subjugated" after 1865, it would have meant the South had actually won the war. And that subjugation would have lasted another couple of decades, until mechanization made slave labor uneconomical.

What I object to most is that the universal moron movement seems to think the best way to end discrimination on the basis of race is to discriminate against whites in everything. I'm in favor of merit. It was the underlying approach I grew up with and went through 30 years in the Navy with. The PTB gave a semblance of it up until near the end when it all fell apart.
When people can be torn to pieces for simply saying that all lives matter then you lost me. Admittedly, those people lost me back in 1968 but we pretended for a good long time.
The pretense has pretty much ended and the people are divided into two very different camps of thought on this issue.
What does that remind you of? Yeah, The Great Compromisers of that era that were willing to do anything just enough to prevent a Civil War.
