Along the way we stopped at a lonely mountain to pay our respects. It was a very nice day for lone mountain viewing so that worked out well enough. If you ever visit this one you will see a tiny sign beside the road, about 3/4s of the way up to the parking lot, announcing "Mountain View" where you can haul off to port and "better view the mountain." Do it. Otherwise you won't see this.

Are you able to climb to the top of this stone?

If you can rock climb yes. There is a trail around the base and while we were walking it we could hear the climbers talking to one another. It is quite a sight and not terribly far from Mount Rushmore.
the top that thing is where the "aliens" land their mothership and interact with us lowly hoomans. i know because i saw it in a movie.

Devils Mountain. It's a National Park.
