Congratulations to the sitting members of the Supreme Court who allowed Justice Roberts and the wrecking crew of insane morons to break the entire Court of the United States. As I wrote earlier, I saw the Court heading for this reef some time ago and repeatedly suggested that they take a round turn on reality and start to make rules for the lower courts that any stupid fucking idiot could follow and yet they persisted in writing the stupidest decisions in the history of the court and parsing away literally every single thing of any and all meaning in order to make each ruling as useless as possible. Justice Gorsuch writes:
The Supreme Court went out of its way, light years out of its way, to ensure that its decisions were so wrapped in the tenderest of good feelings for the law that no allowance could be made by any other court that would permit it to use any of those rulings as a club or even as a prop to guide the decisions made by any lesser court and so we are left with lower court judges just openly disdaining and ignoring the Law, the Constitution, Precedents and the Supreme Court. Good going you complete useless idiots and morons.

I don't believe it is within their power now to fix. They could have tweaked it back into shape but they took the coward's course and triangulated the living hell out of everything to avoid a split in the Courts and what they got now is a giant gaping gash in the pulsing dying body of the Court. Now those complete idiots in Congress have to step in AND MAKE A DAMNED LAW! Can you say, ObamaCare or Big Beautiful Bill? This is probably the most profound screw up by the Courts in the history of the United States and way worse than being dead wrong on anything. These idiots have nullified all the Courts.
Look Mr Baggins, our very own Nazgul flitting around DC as harmless and useless as ever any of them were in the final story of the Rings of Power. They had great power for both good or ill and chose to just piss it all away in meaningless forays into describing fogs over water at night.
