TRANSCENDENTAL TUCKER CARLSON

I have to admit I fail to grok why the rightish side of the uniparty now has a problem with Tucker Carlson simply because he utterly failed to tear the throat out of Ayatollah Khamenei in his recent interview or even failed to throw Putin to the ground and stomp on his head repeatedly during his recent interview. Yes I am at a loss to explain Tucker's manifest failures as a Delta Storm Trooper unleashed on the immortal enemies of all mankind.

When did we all decide that anyone who went and took the time and trouble and effort to interview the leaders of the Other Side™became himself the anti-Christ reborn let loose upon the face of the Earth? Seriously, watching the various columnists used by the Instapundit and many other formerly mostly sane people losing their marbles because Carlson got interviews with the bad guy leadership is amazing. It isn't his job to tear down the men he interviews oddly enough, that's the sort of thing we leave to the simps from Congress in their pointless oversight interrogations. On the gripping hand, those critters used to get away with the most vile attacks on their guests but are now running into people who literally don't give a rat's patoot about telling a Congresscritter that he/she is an idiot.

I don't put Tucker Carlson at quiet the same level as La Fallaci but he is still light years ahead of the entire rest of the dismal herd of people who talk to other people online or on TV.

Read the link to what Steyn wrote about Oriana Fallaci. It is a magnificent tribute. It will also give you a most pointed idea of what enraging the EU can do to limiting your travel and work possibilities if they hate you as much as they hated her. Are people really less afraid of what Putin or the Ayatollah can do?

It's not that Tucker didn't tear Khamenei or any other miscreant that he has interviewed a new one, it's because he lets them portray themselves as moderates or even victims which gets them sympathy. Good strategy if you are aiming to settle all the pearl clutching hysteria but not good in terms of revealing some of the evil upon which these folk are embarking. Just my thoughts.

I believe you are correct but the other side of the page is, of course, that the bareface lies they tell Tucker can then be dragged under the microscope of Truth and shown to be fabrications and lies. One of the most regrettable things I find as I grow older is that I no longer believe in more than about 5% of what I'm told by anybody in the media. In other words, I think Putin has a verifiable claim to finding the hand of the Color Revolutionists TOTALLY DEDICATED TO TOPPLING HIM AND DESTROYING THE RUSSIAN STATE in the run up to the conflict in Ukraine circa 2013 and then the SMO. Every single act of the EU bears this out and so too does all the activity of the Deep State here in the USA.

On that note, is Khamenei wrong to see the same colored revolutionary hands trying their damnedest to overthrow and destroy the Islamic State? I don't think so. They have strangled Iran almost literally beyond endurance and I think any country being strangled to death has every right to fight back any way that it wants.

I talked of Trade War earlier and this is what Trade War looks like from the side being strangled to death. It looks like the End. It looks like ruin and destruction. It looks a lot like Germany after the Armistice in 1918 still being totally strangled and starved by the Blockade until they signed the instrument of surrender. It looks like the Empire of Japan leaning into the fact that it was being denied resources at every level in an undeclared war.

The thing that we think of as war is seemingly limited to missiles and fighter bombers but the real war is found in starving your enemies to death both physically and economically.

BINGO "The thing that we think of as war is seemingly limited to missiles and fighter bombers but the real war is found in starving your enemies to death both physically and economically."

Or perhaps in the case of slow-motion Special Military Operation allowing the enemies (plural as it's a Proxy war with Ukraine supplying the blood) is Keeping Mother Russia not Nuked and letting the enemies deplete their weapons and ammo until their economies fail.

Russia and China think long term, maybe generational long term. American's get distracted by the "Where is the Epstein list" or so on as it's the latest "thing" on the media.

China and Russia might be just waiting for the self inflicted starvation of America's economy and collapse.

Tucker does a good job of listening to the other side.

I, too, fail to see what's wrong with hearing the opposition--what they want us to hear, and what we already know of them. I suppose the majority of folks prefer the bliss of ignorance. Of course, I don't think the majority have much choice when it comes to ignorance, or indeed stupidity.

I think there was some disgruntlement about his handling (softball questions?) with Putin and other "enemies", but what threw it into overdrive was his response to our bombing Iran's' nukes and his anti-Israel screeds about WWIII.

I'm usually surprised when I find people who think as I do. One of the things I learned about people a long time ago was that perfect people were very rare and usually those who only settled for perfection were unhappy with those they thought of as only, 'good enough.' I find Tucker a little flawed but aren't we all?
