A FIERY PATH

I wondered to myself what would happen if the President decides that he has had enough of the Courts and declares himself the sovereign leader of the Executive Branch of the Country and tells the Courts that he will no longer abide by their insanity.

It would erupt in violence and it would be very ugly and it would be ugly in the same way that the last 2 wars fought in this country were but I think we're running out of room and time to entertain the idea that the Founders deliberately and with malice left the Republic's fate solely up to a bunch of black robed idiots who cannot tell us what a 'woman' is.

I don't think that's what the Founders had in mind.

I do know that if it comes to a test, it will be the outright fascists who set fires and try to burn the entire country down. Unlike the Germans? I'm perfectly fine with shooting fascists.

Clearly not. To begin with, the established a Constitution that spelled out the separate functions of federal government in distinct and clear language. The first Marxist lie introduced into American political consciousness was that the Judicial branch and the USSC in particular have the charter to interpret what the Constitution means and subsequently measure enacted law against that standard. This of course is nonsense. The Constitution means now exactly what it meant when it was written. It may be that they were more literate than us, but that is only our own fault. No, the USSC has only the power to judge constitutionality against the written document and nothing more. They have no power to enforce any ruling, (that is for the Congress and the People) and they certainly cannot issue blanket national injunctions or give orders to the Executive Branch clearly following the powers allotted to it in Article 2.
We are living through another organized shadow government coup against the sitting president. Any literate person who can read the Constitution, the Bill of Rights, and if in any doubt, the Federalist Papers and understand with crystal clarity the thoughts and intent on these matters. That our Judiciary pretends that these are great mysteries that only the black robed dictators can discern is a deliberate deception of the American People. It is a pathway directly to war on the Spanish 1936 model.

The founders did not leave it up to the USSC. I forgot which president said it but something about 'they have made their ruling, now let them enforce it'. The Executive has legitamate control of the DOJ, FBI, and ALL the military. The three branches are supposedly equal, but it seems everyone thinks the Supreme Court is in charge of this country - they are not.

NO part of the government now bears any resemblance to what the founders created or intended. As to what should Trump do? I have no doubt he will find a creative way to proceed in spite of the lefts roadblocks. But in reality unless we see wholesale arrests and imprisonment of leftist criminals all that's happening is pointless.

It was a little worrisome to me the direction that the military and the various Federal Armed Agencies were going. What the left was seeking over the last 25 years was the radicalization and total corruption of the law and the various organs of the Executive and they just about got away with it. They will sometime in the next 12 to 20 years. This place will be just like England sliding down into the dark because they won the long walk through the halls of power and wrestled Education away from the West and gave it to the Communists. It is a great pity that all the moral institutions of the West were wrecked, ravaged and destroyed by the Left since the 1960s.

Sadly, I think you are correct HMS, and I don't see a way back from that. I think it is too little, too late, unless this administration does 'something' to restore the equality of the three branches.

We don't live interesting times, we live in distressing times, where judges completely exceed their authority, yet get away with it .

All Mr. Trump can do, is ignore the judges, point out that the actions he is taking are under the jurisdiction of the Executive Branch, and the Executive Branch alone, and carry on.
