ON REASONABLE

 Every time you turn around the idiots in the legislature have passed yet another law designed to limit your inalienable right to possess and carry a firearm and every single damned one of them knows that the Supreme Court has addressed this issue countless times and found that legislatures doing this are in the wrong. They say so. They write it down so you don't forget. The legislatures still do it.

Here's a simple solution to this imbecilic trait that sends gun owners to the Courts to seek redress every time the legislaturds go all tyrannical; every plaintiff in every court case that challenges and contests yet another arbitrary unconstitutional anti-gun law is personally liable for a $50,000 per plaintiff penalty to be paid promptly or the legislator goes to prison until it is paid. 

Enough of this pussyfooting around with these gun grabbers. Make them liable for their personal stupidity and make them pay for inflicting it on the rest of us. This is not one where they get to dip into the treasury to pay us, it is to come right out of their personal bank accounts. Sell their houses if they need to come up with the money.  And they will.
