AMUSING BY FAR

I see that the three weirdest players of the Great Game are now involving themselves in the defense of Mecca and by extension the extermination of the houthi. I can relate. There are any number of factions and people that the rest of the world could well do without. I know, it's supposed to be mean or obvious about pointing out that some people really are not worth the powder and shot involved in blowing them up but then, that is history.

What is amusing is that what the Arabians appear to want is for it's two most populous and venomous religious extremist loving countries to come send their troops, armies and forces to the Arabian Peninsula to squash some troublesome pests that live there. I know something that most people don't about the people that live on the Arabian Peninsula and it flies in the face of what people think they know about history. Here it is:

The people who live on the Arabian Peninsula are literally the worst soldiers or military forces in the world. I mean they are worse than everybody else in the world. The vast majority of them are quite literally the 'have nots' and they see no reason to fight for their king or kingdom. The ones that do join the military are not just desperately and miserably bad at it, they know it without being able to say it.

What is to stop the armed forces of either the Ottoman Empire's dismal remains or the rabid forces of religious anarchy from simply overrunning the rest of the Peninsula? Once you invite the Dane, it proved almost impossible to get rid of him and if you think the Danes/Vikings had anything over the Pakistanis or Turks when it comes to expressing the most vicious inhumanity to man, you are mistaken. They have no limits that I know of.

Okay, that may seem a bit excessive if one is talking about a couple of battalions of real force and let's be honest, supporting armies in the desert is not not a thing just anybody can do, it takes real planning and logistics and the need to expel the words, inshallah from one's vocabulary. Still, it might be exciting to see the armed forces of secular islamic powers loose in the world of the mystical islamic power.

Of course, we'd need some intrepid young reporters on the ground to report the real story and a media inclined to let them. I don't think that will ever happen again.

Undermotivated, poorly trained by pencil whippers semi-mercs (aside from real Turkish army) moving into a rugged terrain owned by fanatics with drones.

I suppose the past few anti-Hothi exercises failures didn't get the message across.

I suppose the Hothi-US Navy wargames (both of them) ending with the US Navy fleeing the field didn't get the point that airpower isn't going to be worth much didn't get that point across.

Stupid is what stupid does.

The Islamic STRONG HORSE scenario might occur here. Where parts of the House of Saud have a palace revolt and the war ends with a whimper.

Or version 2 Turkey tries to own Saudi Arabia. The Ottoman Empire part deux. Perhaps with a subordinate part of the House of Saud running Arabia for the Turks. Not like Turkey hasn't shown interest in being a BIG PLAYER before.

Looks like the NEED for some more oil getting out is getting critical. What happened to the GREAT Economy and Trump's boast we have plenty of oil, come buy it here from Truth Social?

Still better to have them on the ground than Americans. Though the complications could be unanticipated.
