AFTER THE FLARE

In addition to silly things you can't do anything at all about we are made to listen while pundits fill the air with their reasoned soliloquies about:
- global warming
- climate change
- earth-crossing dangerous asteroids
and
solar flares that wipe out the 19th-21st century in the blink of an eye.

So! Something to look forward to come Flare Day!
They were elegant ships.

There are days when I don't turn on the teevee or look at anything (like, news) other than what my blog-buds write. That said, you just can't get away from this stuff. Thanks, Curtis. ;-)

I don't know - I feel a little let down by the lack of a catastrophic solar flare. If you can't even count on the sun for your excitement, what is this solar system coming to? What's next, I wonder.

I just got a kick out of reading a warmists lament that the darn sun wasn't doing its job properly since there is a distinct lack of sunspots here and now during solar max.
Blame it on the sun! Is that another way of saying blame it on the son? Is that another way of saying it's Bush's fault? :)
